from an old dairy man i
remember this saying;
"a pint is a pound
the world around"
so if the recipe calls
for 2 pounds of cheese
that means 2 pints.
(or a quart which is 4 cups)


and yes i will be going to a
Swedish Santa Lucia dinner
and there will be lots of cookies.
I think i will make Rosettes, which
are fried with an iron, and are
crispy little butterflies and flowers.
