The song you want is "The Sodden" (not sure of the spellin) by Dominic Behan. The tune is an approximation of "The Irish Washerwoman".
I've done a brief google but not found it. I remember seeing it in a book of his stuff. It's sung around these parts by the inimitable Rory Furlong.
