If you serve (imported) Swiss, (imported) Edam and (imported) Provolone (pre-sliced, very thin), and offer cold San Miguel Dark ( a reasonable-priced and underrated beer), it won't matter when it's served!. 'Course, I'm just a beer-drinkin' American slob (and proud of it!).....(and I wouldn't offer Brie to my dog!)....
