I did indeed........and better than some.

I know from book I have purchased that there are some great artisan cheesemakers in America - unsurprisingly they are no more widespread than some of ours in the British Isles are. I have difficulty purchasing locally made cheese in Galloway where I go a lot, for example - even though I know of at least one farm cheesemaker there.

Having said that - I do believe that things are getting better.
