i think in the UK, this kind of thing is regulated by the Home Office, Radio Authority, or OfCom, but i dont know if anyone regulates internet radio?
who knows about this type of thing? please tell me?

Maybe, i could register in an offshore place, [cayman islands, bermuda etc], then any official people come round, i tell them geyt lost?
