So glad to see you opened, Frank! The butter comes from a "Mystery Apple". They only grow on two grafts of a single tree in Selah. Even the folks at the State and Ag. Dept don't know what kind of apple it is. All we know is that it's goooooooood. It doesn't have a name yet, but the farmer is leaning towards naming them for what they are: "Emmit's Pride". Merry Christmas to your growing family! ("and a beer"...of course...)
