Handguns are legal and readily available, and it will make it easy for the inhabitants of the ex-colonies to satisfy their curiosity about the niceties of english etiquette (or the less-niceties if we're referring to Mr Wellie-Jones - isn't he a filmstar who used to play soccer for Wimbledon ?).
