Bruce Guthro's "Ivy's Wall". Some great lines and below is one of my favorites.
"Ivy was a little man, who left a giant trail. With a pocket full of change, for the kids the world had failed"
I like it because it paints a vivid image of Ivy and his detirmination to make make a difference.
As with others in this thread I feel Stan Rogers was a master of capturing a life long story in a four or five minute song. "Lies" is a perfect example.
