All right!! That explains it!! Under the new powers of the FBI they have obviously routed my parcel via Botsuwana Land in order to ensure that they are doing everything possible to dampen the effects of terrorism on Christmas. Or perhaps it is the other way around -- preventing the spirit of Christmas from infecting terrorism so they can continue to benefit from the state of war.
