In fact, a friend of mine from Boston carries a cartoon around in his wallet that shows a horse drinking out of a bucket labelled "Guinness" and simultaneously p**sing into a bucket labelled "Murphy's". At the world famous Fenians Irish Pub in the wee village of Conklin, Michigan, USA, we refer to Murphy's as Guinness Lite. Now, there ya go, .................no, no, you canna drink it yet, it has to sit and boil. When the bubbles have all disappeared and you are left with the black stuff and a nice "Roman Collar" for the head, THEN you can drink it. And you must take your time and enjoy the stuff..................Ahhhhhhhh. Now isn't dat just brilliant.............
