An Cruiscin Lan (The Cruiskeen Lawn) was mentioned in a June 2001 copy of the Limercik Leader. The song was written by John Taylor of Rathkeale County Limerick.I have direct links on my mother's side to three generations of Taylors in Rathkeale back to John Taylor born in 1737 in Rathkeale.I not sure if he was the author but sure of the presence of Taylors there.
