Richard, they are speaking Brummie, and Oaklet has translated it for me. Apparently they live very close and would like to come and delight us with what, on previous form, will be a ripsnorter of a set at the Open Mic on Saturday night, as well as as many sessions they can make. KJ is a midwife, so may be limited by unreasonable mothers insisting on parturition during session time. The rest of the message was a bit rambling, but that's the gist of it. Clever bloke that Oaklet. Plays the violin, too.

Dave, I think I know that place; wobbled past it on me bike this morning, into the teeth of a north-westerly with scything rain. Then I espied the delightful Pistachio in Hessle Square, but fearing her well known lyrca-lust, admired her from afar. Sorry, I'm rambling now. I will check it out. Sorry all that info is so out of date. The caravan sign is still up on the roadside. Will report back.
