The Sangria one reminded me of a discussion that Anthony Worral Thompson (UK TV Chef) was having with someone else on the radio. Other guy says for Bucks Fizz you take 1/2 Champagne and 1/2 good quality oranje juice.
No, no, say AWT. 2/3 Champagne, 1/3 OJ and then add some Quantro to make up for lost alcohol:-)
