As an ex-Infantryman and a current Librarian, I have long needed help. I have long felt that I am an insensitive lout who demonstrated symptoms of another kind of problem. In my case, this was diagnosed as Acute Chronic Traumatic Poverty Disorder (ACTPD). While the cure is simple the cost is beyond my means and my insurance won't cover it.
