I've rechecked my references, and they are quite clear that B.O.B. is for massaging your ducts...
(I guess that really is sort of ambiguous.)
But they did say that relieving the tension is important too.
Have you considered whether you should take a few snapshots before the swelling goes down - (reputation and advertising and all that - for future use)? Some of us have some excellent photo editing software and could easily take the red out...
