MMario: what are Taydo Snacks??? And....I agree, the thought for the day was intense and, as ever, really important.

Feeling a little under, today, maybe some sort of hot toddy, actually just herbal tea sounds really good. Do we have any really good ceramic teapots in this place? I'd like to smell some mint or chamomile tea steeping and cup my hands around the pot; such a simple thing can bring such comfort of association and healing. Sorry....don't mean to get all maudlin.
