Technically that's a possiblity of course.
I just have to work out how! I can use these PC things to some extent, but I'm gonna have to get some assistance to get the track to you over the net.
(And before floods of advice starts coming in - I'm likely not gonna understand owt technical! So make it, like me, simple!)
The lyric is up above here somewhere - but I'll retype it with the basic chords in place as soon as I can (there's only four! D,A, G and Bm and the most simple 'strumming' will accompany it nae bother!)
