Rude people! There is absolutely no reason whatsoever for rudeness. If you don't lke what someone is saying, just tell them politely!!!

Oh, and don't even get me started on answerphones. I ask you, is it really necessary to put "Leave your name and number after the tone"??? My voicemail for my mobile just says, "It's an answerphone, you know what to do."

Work does my head in as well. They say "If you don't get such-and-such a percentage, you will be sacked". I've not done brilliantly recently but as far as I am aware they haven't sacked anyone!!
