I often have to solve problems at work. I am often referred to as a trouble-shooter. Quite often people are sent to me for a "reality check".
What really gripes me is when people won't cop to making a mistake. Its pretty hard to solve a problem when people won't admit to their part of the problem. I can accept that people make mistakes but I have a very hard time with half-truths and cowards who are afraid they might get into trouble.
