I went in to update the virus list on the kids' computer last night, and realized that we do have some sort of schizm between the Norton Firewall and Norton Antivirus. I have to load them separately because Firewall says it can't open initiate the Antivirus part of the routine, though I used to be able to have the Firewall update everything. I probably should revise my advice about not uninstalling all of the Norton stuff. I can get it all to load, but maybe by tweaking it more I'd have it back to my old workability as it was before I upgraded the AntiVirus.
