Bernie Kedge of the now-almost-defunct Mayflower Club in Cambridge has to be a contender for that.

Session nominations will mostly necessarily be local to the nominators. One exception:
The Radway at Sidmouth. Only once a year but goes on all week subject to the pub closing at night.
The Fox at Pirton (near Hitchin, 2nd Wednesdays) is a good one, real cracker last night.
