All depends how you define being Jewish. Disraeli was a practising member of the Church of England. From a Jewish family of course. Howard would be the first practicing Jew to be Prime Minister, except that I doubt if he'll make it.

But that wouldn't be anything to do with his being Jewish. (More to do with being Welsh, some would say, after poor old Kinnock's experience...)
