Karl Zemlin, who so kindly posted the MP3, is (as you might have guessed) the magical recording man who helped me (in a big way) to put the CD together.

Don't hold the scratchy statickyness of the MP3 coming over the web against Karl. The quality of the sound he was able to put on the CD is incomparably better!
