Well, my unemployed US friends, why don't you decamp to the mother country (well ex-mother country then). According to our glorious leader, we have 500,000 job vacancies. Strange this, since we also have 1.4 million unemployed! However, you'll have to be a bit nifty, 'cos from 1st May we will be joined by 72.5 million new EU citizens from Eastern Europe - and the word is that a few of them may be heading our way looking for work, seeing as the rest of Europe has decided not to let them in to work for a least 7 yrs. You at least have a head start as we almost speak the same lingo!
