What a shame, Nemesis. That doesn't sound like Bayou Seco at all. I wonder if they were having a bad night - after 20 odd years of playing and touring you must have one every once in a while, where things go badly for one reason or another.

And, as you suggested, different strokes for different folks - quite a few people just like what they're used to.

I like what they do - to my ears it sounds authentic and unpretentious, which are a plus when it comes to traditional music, don't you think?
