Hey, what if the innocent prisoner owned his/her place & wasn't renting, will they just be charged for their food?

Reminds me of the Chinese habit of charging the family for the bullet used to execute their (late) member!

Some years back a relative who is a nurse said that non-essential travel in an ambulance was charged for. Emergencies were not, but calling an ambulance for travel to a medical or hospital appointment was a different matter. Recently I saw a poster in a Health Funds window saying their customers can pay $270pa to be covered for ambulance cover.
