To the youngsters here:
In the old Mudcat, one could post with no name, not even the GUEST tag in the 'from' line. One could then, same as today, post with no content at all. So there were actually threads out there ending with no words by nobody. That is the closest to a refutation of the original Jim Dixon dixtum.
It was even more funny when a thread started with no post from nobody.
Corollary: Not in every thread someone has to be the before last.
