Well, are Topsiders really that different from loafers like Bass Weejuns? Not really. So then, it must be all right to wear Weejuns without socks. But Weejuns are for both casual and dress wear. So, if it's okay to wear Weejuns without socks it must be okay to wear wingtips without socks as well.
