Amos, there's a lot of sight-challenged people out there who love to hear the sound of those traffic signals.

Hate is such an emotional drain, waste of time and energy and stems from fear, imo.

Detest, abhor, revile....strong but, to me, these don't carry as much negativity. Such negativity always comes back to the one who invests in it, too.
