Okthen .. that is exactly it!!! I downloaded Spybot at 1am this morning and tried to run it and it said "WS2_32.DLL" file was missing ..

Tech support (Research Machines) reckon to reload Windows ...

S&R will go back to SpyBot and see if downloading the Spybot upgrades might kick start/ find this missing file.

So, no luck yet Richard ... bloody bloody bloody Hell!!! It's conflicting the keyboard, the mouse, and trying to download stuff when I was typing Mudcat's URL to get here! (Just taken 10 minutes to type this :(
