"Jock the Gipper". It's an underground cult movie starring the young Ronald Reagan and the same chimp actor who played Bonzo, but he's older and he plays a character named Jock. Reagan plays a deranged alcoholic vet who mutilates chimps and other innocent primates and disects them for payoffs from Asian drug gangs who sell off various parts and extracts from the chimps for their perverted customers in the Orient who want to improve their stinkin' sex life! (Everybody knows Chimps really "got it", right?) What happens is, Jock gets mutilated horribly in the lab, but he escapes. He then starts hunting down the evildoers and vivisecting them one by one, aiming to finish up on Ronnie the Psycho Vet...the guy who lopped off his coconuts. The final scene is the bloodiest and most gruesome thing you'll ever see on screen. I loved it. Jock's glorious closing line: "And now, asshole, here's one for the Gipper!!!"
