what a night (& George I forgot to pass on your greeting, but JennyO printed up the thread & gave it to Martyn)

We went well over time - finishing almost midnight which is the latest we are supposed to vacate the premises. Martyn was booked for 2 brackets - 30 min & 60 min & they just kept going! Martyn sang & recited & told tales & Iris & John accompanied his songs & also did several instrumentals.

The Dog is the best acoustic venue in Sydney (an old late 19th Century Town Hall made of wood & sandstone, with 20' ceiling), & they loved performing here.
