I am known by many as "Sam"
"Sam" is the name by which I am known

I have a great fondness
for the fruit of the hen
and slabs of salt pork
allowed to age
until their countenances
are indistinguishable
from putrid goat bile

(To be followed by the sound of dozens of Espresso drinkers loudly snapping their fingers.)
