I tried -- when I first looked at the clock I though I'd gotten 7 hours of sleep, but on second glance, it was only 6. Ah well.

Wish I had time for the yard and garden work that needs to be done right now. I managed to pull the leaf mulch off a couple areas so the goldenrod colored crocuses could poke their heads through. Daffs are about ready to pop -- up and down the driveway. Can't find the winter aconite. Other stuff on the bank is blooming or about to.

Yard work would guarantee 8 hours of sleep -- but, then again, probably not being in crisis mode would, too. Sigh.

It's about time for me to be able to call the ICU.
