Doug Chadwick has PMed me to say that Linda & myself in the caravan plus Susanne in the tent that we're lending her will be the only ones on the camping field - and also that there won't be any water supply.
I have checked and although the nearest Caravan CL Site (Barrow Haven) is fully booked, there is room on the Goxhill Road site, which now has electrical hookups as well as two loos - it's quite cheap too.
We are therefore considering going there instead.

The only problem would then be Susanne. Has anyone in Barrow got somewhere that she could pitch the tent ? - it's only a small Eurohike one about 2m x 2m. Skippy - could she use the bit of land that you said we could put the caravan on ? It might be more convenient for her as well as she wouldn't be dependent on us for lifts to and fro.
