Talked to Tom a few minutes ago and he sounds GREAT!!! (Says he feels really good, too.) He has physio-therapy mid day and I guess they've stopped the breathing treatments because he's doing so well. He said they'll take the lung tube out today, too. Didn't know what time they'd put the defibrillator in today, if they do it today.

I'm off (at a gallop) -- and will see him probably before noon.
