A long time ago i heard this song, and was asked if i knew it lately.
I remember it started something like
In the year of 45, when pat murphy was alive"....

And goes on to tell how he married a widow who led him a dogs life, untill one day he was " Fiddlin with the gun, And the widow began to run, and ends with the line "she's been slavin now for 30 years or more."
