I'm a little late acquiring Ginny Hawker's 'Letters from my Father' but I'm learning several songs from it that resonate within. Songs like 'I'll Not be a Stranger' (I'm acquainted with folks over there); 'Undone in Sorrow'; 'A Heart that will Never Break Again'; 'Long Black Limousine'... Wow.

There are also several songs from her 'Good Songs for Hard Times' that I've learned the last few days. Love the haunting 'I Just Steal Away and Pray', and 'Your Lone Journey' is heartbreaking.
