There's a right good cafe here in town that makes the best Mountain Oysters ya ever et, and their Son-of-a-bitch stew uses real marrow gut in it. And their biscuits is so light that prit near gotta tie 'em to the table ta keep 'em from floatin' away. Pour a little long sweetin' on 'em and ya got a feast fit fer gods or somebody like that.
