Some years ago, I had a pleasant chat with the lady who was my mother's oldest friend. She met mom on their first day of school, and me when I was a week old.
She thinks she's 28. She isn't. She wasn't when I was a week old.
I think I'm 28 too. I'm not. I haven't been for a long time. But it was fun while it lasted.
