To the best of my knowledge, I have never come across this lady - or even met her. I must admit she does sound as if she could be a long lost relative of the pneumatic, myopic, and oversexed Avril. Anyway, the aforesaid lady only rarely makes herself stupid with beer - usually it's Gin, Whisky, Brandy, Rum, Wine, or if she's slumming it strong cider.

I suspect that she's not always a drunk as she pretends to be - it's funny the way that blokes get attracted to an inebriated female - and in the morning she only get's blamed for unwise drinking - she usually receives pity for anything else that has ocurred.

Perhaps Pussycat has the same idea.
