Check out the webfeet web site. It has a list of ceilidh bands by county here. I think you will be lucky to find a band that can do things completely acoustically because the caller usually needs a PA to be heard. Of course, I'd be happy to offer my services! But check out webfeet unless you can get the recommendation of a band close to your event.
