Before there was ever a Zionist movement, a bloody massacre took place in Hebron 1n 1923. Innocent Jewish students from a yeshiva and their families (an entire Jewish community) were brutally murdered by orders of the local Grand Mufti. At that time there was never any threat of Jews stealing Arab lands. When the West Bank & Gaza Strip were controlled by Jordan & Egypt between 1948 and 1967, how come the Palestinians did not ask for their own independent state at that time ?
