We could use more planning info for our foray to the Griswold Inn on Monday evening for the follow-up shanty sing. How early should people plan to get there? If one comes earlier, is there food available? Is this gathering a "coordinated" shanty sing or a free-for-all? Should we be expecting tobacco smoke, active dart boards, or other competing activities in the same space? We're reasonably flexible but would prefer to know more about what to expect.

The weather looks promising for the Festival itself.
