Subject: RE: BS: REVIEW Fahrenheit 9/11
And Kerry's supporters are a bunch of white, middle class Americans who have since the 2000 election, "seen the light" because the shit finally hit them. But when the shit was only hitting working class people, the poor, people of color, women, immigrants, the disabled, the unemployed, and other traditionally marginalised groups, they could have cared less.

So considering that the Clinton Democrats, the Democratic Leadership Council, "centrists" Democrats, and now the Kerry Democrats (they are all the same elite group of power brokers in the party) pay lip service to the middle class only, and blatantly demonstrate every day they don't give a shit about people like me, my family, and my community now anymore than they did in 2000, why should I care if it is Kerry or Bush that gets elected in November?

The only candidates expressing any interest in furthering my, my family's and my community's needs, are Nader and David Cobb. So I don't see why I should bail out the white middle class that historically has turned it's back on the people I list above, just to make them feel more powerful again and give them a petty victory by putting their boy back in.

There seems to be some suggestion here that because Bush and Kerry aren't identical, must somehow mean they aren't espousing the same positions on the two major issues of the election: the economy (taxes especially) and the war. Kerry isn't pushing for universal health care. He isn't going to cut defense spending, which is now consuming the government budget, while human needs are being ignored. He is one with the exploiter class. Nothing would change for me on Inauguration Day if Kerry is elected instead of Bush. Because after 8 years of Clinton, I can tell you, the Democrats don't look any better than the Republicans to the working class and poor people of this country.

So, vote for Kerry because he'll give you middle class tax breaks, college tuition, and better deals on your health insurance premiums. That won't help me, my family, and my community one iota.
