In terms of infant mortality rates I do not believe there is any deliberate attempt to mask anything, the statistics are based on child deaths under the age of 1 years old per 1000 live births. A question for you - do the Cuban statistics differentiate between those who are party members and those who are not? As I said - grasping at straws.
