I also have a copy of that book (the uncorrected proof-reading copy). I flipped through it this morning. I think I have even a better start now! I have just about all the recording dates and a whole lot of the catalog numbers. Two things I'm unsure of in my document: the October 12, 1932 session (were some songs recorded on the 13th?) and on the catalog numbers, I don't know if I have the correct side labeled A or B on most of them.
