Having heard sweet Vicky (yorkshireyankee) in the sweet Six Bells at the banks of sweet Humber you wouldn't discuss the sound of the clicking-clacking spoons any more. She uses a pair of French wooden spoons cut and shaped to her hands. Marvellous!
