The balloons didn't release properly and the confetti was sent down too soon. For some odd reason CNN had a mic in with the guy directing the floor and effects and he was pretty exercised about the balloons not releasing all at once and some irate language was heard. Perhaps there will be an FCC investigation of the "F-word" on during the evening hours? Headed by Colin Powell's boy Michael . . .
