CarolC: Did I miss something? When did Kerry say he had a list of foreign leaders that support his candidacy? It sounds like a strange thing to say, and a dangerous thing to say, since it would make him vulnerable to charges that he had sold out to foreign interests--something that Americans would get very nervous and/or outraged about.
